We have purchased Thermomix machines that enable us to cook restaurant quality food, with more variation and always prepared from the raw and basic ingredients. We source locally where possible to give us the freshest ingredients.

​We like to include the children in the creation of a new menus and will hold sampling sessions where the children will tell us their opinions of the proposed dishes. Current favourites are:
